SHIPPING POLICY

On certain occasions, Alkateure Collections offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.

Shipping & Handling Charges may differ from countries where you belong. Alkateure exclusive collections shipped from our warehouse in Canada has (free shipping over $30 to Canada & USA. For all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $50 on selected goods) rest standard shipping rates apply.

Orders can be tracked from the email we sent you after despatch from our warehouses. The processing time for orders dispatched from Canada is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time varies from 3-6 days on locally available merchandise, and 10-25 business days for goods dispatched from other international warehouses.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from International carriers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada, the United States or any of our partnered warehouses.

Packages undeliverable by our partnered carriers and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
